If you saw the red wolf in the 2007 gallery, this is pretty much the same character. I was trying to create more of a fursona because despite sharing her name, Shela was not my fursona. I didn't end up liking the designs I went with for the wolf, and wanted something more original. So I went with a bat! She's started out as a very angry character who just wanted to destroy, which is probably how I felt at that time. Also explains the dynamite.
